General Policies
We normally ship within 5-21 working days from the time your order is received. In stock items 5 days or less, if out of stock approximately 21 days. Shipping charges are 15% of merchandise value or a $8.50 minimum.
Shipping Policies
We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:

Taxes
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

We collect New York State Sales Tax for intra-state shipments. All other sales or use taxes remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Order Cancellation Policies
Cancellations received prior to shipment will be honored. After shipment, a re-stocking charge may be charged at stores discretion.
Return Policies
No returns without return authorization. To obtain return authorization, e-mail us at SUMMITLAMP@aol.com
All requests for return authorization must be made within 2 weeks of shipment. Merchandise must be returned in original packing, in good order, and un-used. Store, upon inspection of returned merchandise, reserves the right to issue store credit only.

We do not and will not release, give or sell our mailing list to other companies.
